  Candle use instructions

Never leave a lit candle unattended.  Place on a heat proof flat surface and light wicks.  To help prevent tunnelling, allow the candle to burn until the melt pool reaches the edges of the container (usually up to 4 hours).

Never burn for longer than 4 hours at a time to help  prevent the wicks curling over into the melt pool.  Always trim your wicks between burns to prevent sooting and curling into pools.  If they do start to curl please blow out, allow to cool then trim down to approx 4mm or where you see the curling start.

Double wicks are pretty and throw out the scent often better than a single wick.  The flames may become smaller but that is deliberate due to two wicks to help prevent the container overheating.  Never touch a candle jar while burning or attempt to move it.  Allow to fully cool before touching.

If you follow these simple rules you will get the best use out of your candle
